Intervention
Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the intervention in two buildings. Each has a specific design and construction approach:
The “Central Axis” building will feature an aluminium curtain wall on the north elevation and a solid façade (without openings), comprising perforated aluminium sheet panels, functioning as a ventilated façade over Aquapanel.
The “Vestíbulo” (Hall Zero) building consists of a 16-metre-high curtain wall, with a steel profile framework, a front “nose” system and glass, lending transparency to the pavilion’s entrance. In addition to the typical façade finishes, the project also includes automatic doors, aluminium joinery, motorised smoke extraction windows, and a fire-stop system.
